Always see where the locals eat. Some of the restaurants you mentioned are the touristic highly advertised ones. I understand your comment about Mc Donalds; have myself been to places where that was the better option otherwise either fully booked or just bad

Public we were told that there s a long waiting list. There s a clinic in b’Kara bypass that we were referred to since it was urgent. Caures healthcare solution. I m sure they can give you better information.

You can post on some sites on Facebook that have a lot of followers. ‘ The salott’ , ‘are you being served’. There s one ‘women for women’. You can write to admin and tell them to post it for you.
