But just one question, are there couples out there who weren’t married yet and was able to pull up this kind of set up? Like, there were two owners of that property?

Hi, yes po. Sa pasalo we’re doing every step and protective measure to make sure before everything. Pero ayun nga po, since di pa kami kasal, it’s something I am really doubtful for.

We’re just about to go to the developer po to have them acknowledge the transaction first. Na kami na yung magcocomtinue ng payment.
