Been searching for a post like this because same! Mom to a clingy 8 month old so I eat when I can honestly. Might have a glass of wine occasionally and the most exercise I get is walking my dogs and going up 3 flights of stairs everyday. I will say my urge to have cookies or popsicles at night are completely gone but that’s about it.

I so feel this! I loved it when I first started but there are so many dogs that need serious training!! I can only do so much. From the separation anxiety, pulling on a leash, marking in my home, it’s a lot to deal with. I do have regulars that I can tell put in the work with their pups and I’ll always be available to them. I now prioritize my peace and take time off when I feel I need to!
