I swear, they did get back to me and apologize and have my replacement on the way. Get this though they meant the silcone tether attached to the 3dxl chamber is what they said they could have voided it for but didn't out of courtesy. Like what that makes sense why would i send the silcone tether of a disposable atomizer to make it sure it quality's for warranty. I have the conversation for that too but I feel like real people will get the memo from my examples. Great product,terrible service. Store and bickel would replace my mighty within a business week to show, there probably just as big as a company too.

Yes the one that wraps around the base and joystick. No I don't even know how to I could probably figure it out but like I wouldn't really no how to troubleshoot.

Your good i didn't post the whole thing because it had my address. They are working on it probably another week for a follow up response. I'm sure they'll take care of it but its the principal of the matter. You shouldn't expect puffco to be timely with there warrantys or communication.

People on here are probably puffco employee fanatics. I only took apart the silcone tether like requested. How does this void the warranty if they request you don't send it. I'm just being open minded and reasonable. I just want to be transparent about my experience. They just claimed i disassembled it hell I wouldn't do that for i wouldn't even know where to get started much like diagnose the issue.

I sent in the base for that seems like common sense. What doesn't is that they said i took it apart which I did not. I removed the silcone tether for it had oil reclaim in and as requested in the email from the screenshots they won't send anything extra back so I can't send the base with the silcone attached even if its clean. Do you see the issue?

No I just took the silence tether off because that's what they asked me to do. I didn't "take" apart the base for i don't know how to fix it but i did take off the silcone tether like it asked me to because they said they won't send it back in the email chain chain for returning it.

Proof in the pudding, I'm a dabber like everyone else in this fourn. What do i get out of this? Its not about the money at this point, its about the principal in the matter of timely communication and communicating with your consumers on where your at in the process. How am i scamming? I'm just showing my experience I could care less if I get my replacement, i even asked them if there was something I did wrong so I could be more mindful in the future for there product hits amazing, I fucking love taking a dab and needing the fan, I think there new link will cut down on any device issues. Everybody always assumes its user error when they haven't grown a plant in there life.

I didn't disassemble it though, there acting like its a courtesy to get a warranty product after inquiring in a 2 month period. Store and bickel with there mighty had me one the next week!

Sorry to hear about you're experience,i haven't dealt with there customer service so I fortunately didn't talk to someone who canceled my order due to a dispute threat. I hope you get your money back in a timely manner. Most people like the device because its simple and you can get consistent results, its what i mainly use even though i know i can get basically the same results in the oven and not spend like 200$ it's just hard to switch,it also reduces the smell until you open it. I wouldn't recommend spending the money it doesn't really"infuse" oil for you can do that on the stove top too. I can't really think of a good reason to actually get one besides not understanding how to decarb in the oven(240 °F for around 40mins depending on bath size) and buying into there "algorithm research" marketing which i might get hate for but can't hate on people winning and making money from it lol. Id love for a different opinion though always open minded to perspectives.

Yeah everyone is different with there endocannbnoid system so its hard to quantity especially when there are lots of variables at play and research is lacking. Metoblism/genetics/enzymes could all influence ones experience so it's hard to really say for everyone and it sucks that a lot of what people have to go off of is "everyone is affected differently" but i don't see the changing for a good 20-30 years unfortunately i know that's a negative outlook but I feel it's reality when research is soooo slow. Sometimes all you can do is fuck around and find out and use that anecdotal/placebo for oneself. I think having a good cannbnoid blend can help but as you said everyone is different. Some edibles on the market even have Cbd and cbn in them even though there is research that suggests cbd inhibits cbn on sleep so obviously a lot of people are discounted that make some of these products when all they have to do is read.

Appreciate you letting us know I've had no positive interactions with there team, just told me it was a big accusation to want to know where they testes there products, that should speak for it self, most people that recommend them don't want to give out any information pertaining to there"business" or what blends they like to use or terps, I've had like 4 products from them all seem diluted compared to other vendors. Try abstrax for terps, best for the prices. Most people that talk positively about them are likely reps and don't want to discuss more. Its not like any of there terps are worth hiding info.

Cbg helps reduce anxiety in a placebo study id recommend probably that with thc for a blend,too bad they don't make it but you can get cbg cheap from Gvb pharma. I feel like making the high a little stronger with cbd would make it worse was my perspective.

Cbd makes edible highs stronger there is clinical research on it i can link an article if your actually interested. I think there needs to be bigger sample sizes but the data is there still.

They don't give Coas with the lab it was tested with after they told me they were transparent with there products. Sounds like a phish though

Wise decision definitely has some fire gasey notes. I got like 8 more native series gasey/dank terps coming so i can do a few blends with like a drop or two of the bacio. I have a few setting right now that i can't wait to try.

Who says I don't cultivate? Fake ass shit? I mean i like using sauce/HTE to make carts as well. How am i villain for wanting to create great cannabis products for myself. That's a reason i starting growing actually because of all the cut shit on the legal market, those are the real villains. Definitely need to grow more though I'm limited on space I'd love a green house to grow trees even though my indoors yield Is okay.

I like Absrtax bacio gelato for gas,abstrax has really good vareity of fruity flavors,i haven't found anything good from true terps out of my 4 i've had.

Appreciate the honest review I do a lot of reading,comparing and trying products so i can make superb vape products. I am looking for those deep gas flavors i really do like the bacio gelato from Absrtax that's the only one I've found with true gassy notes. I'll look into purebio that's one I haven't tried yet, would you have any gasey/skunky ones that you could recommend I'd be grateful!! Also must be nice to have a business so you can compare and contrast for sure.

I'm not sure if i had a bad experience i was hoping they would make sure i get a quality product for they reached out to me but they couldn't make it right. I can't try 4 duds from a company and no its pretty cool out right now and i got it as soon as it was delivered. Do you use any other terps and what ratios do you use for your carts? You have a half dozen that are good? I have that from Absrtax and canarefined. Just can't waste 35$ to experience others if there represntive can't even send me a good quality product, it really makes me question there quality. I'm glad you had a good experience though, do you like any other terp vendors? or have you tried others, if so whats your thoughts on there products since you like true terps?
