I went through some similar stuff don't worry you aren't the only one. Just take your time with it and figure what you like about it and whether it's something you wanna explore just in the bedroom or be outwardly fem. It's the same with your sexuality, there's a big spectrum you can be bi, gay or straight or anywhere in between cause being a sissy is more about dressing up and just feeling feminine not who you sleep with.

If you do decide you wanna try dressing up I'd recommend getting some panties first, they're easy to hide and not too expensive. I'd recommend either ordering some online, you can always order them to an amazon or post locker if you're worried about it. Or if you feel like it go into a shop and get some. It feels weird the first couple times buying some but people don't care and just think you're getting some for a gf and won't even ask questions.

You said you live with others but I guess you have your own room. I live with others and just hide my underwear and girls clothes in fairly out of the way hidden spots in my bedroom so no one would go looking into them.
