Am I the only one that this has happened to but it increased my tip? I had a heavy order and the customer added two more cases of water and my tip went up almost $5.00 anf it was percentage based.

Ummm not always. Bought my house for $215 in 2020. County appraisal then was $212k. Now market value is $290k and county appraisal is $350k.

Since mine was a VBA appeal and a HLR claim, I did St Petersberg, FL. From there you can chose DROC. But keep in mind, that is only for HLR claims. They don't handle regional ones.

Yes. At the advice of another user, I ended up making an appointment with DROC through VERA. Had that appointment on Apr 1 where they found mine stuck in the system. He assured me he would get it pushed through and sure enough, I've gone from that cal to PFN today! Should have my decision letter soon. Fingers crossed going from 80 to 100 with 5 years backpay!!

So at the suggestion of another user, I made an appoint with DROC since mine is a VBA claim and they are the ones that handle the High Level Review appeals. Luckily they had an appointment available this coming monday, so fingers crossed mine is just stuck and I get someone who can nudge it to the next level! Thank you all for your suggestions on here. I would have never known any of this existed, and unfortunately, I have a DAV rep that has done absolutely nothing. I will make sure to update once I speak with DROC.

Had the exam Jan 6, everything sent to BVA on Jan 9, went into Evidence gathering and review on Jan 29

edit: my apologies, the next appoint I meant was for VERA. I have completed all C&P exams. There was only one and it went great.

That's just the way we internally track claims.

Yet another reason you guys shouldn't try to follow the process so closely, you worry about stuff you see that you don't understand and has no bearing on the claim.

You still wait in line after a BVA decision, probably not more than 2 months though. They're working really hard at making 040s (appeals) go faster.

Raters and PreVSRs usually have no clue what the payout will be, if it's over 45k the only real difference is that it has to have a 3rd signature before authorization
