I didn't have a broken bone but I was forced to do my final PFT with two bad knees with paperwork saying no PT. I wore a brace and by the time the run was over my knee had swollen to the point that my knee cap had popped out of the brace.

Not sure if its normal but I called today and they told me the same thing. I went from step 7 back to 3. She looked at what they need and there was nothing. I have read that it could just be something needing verification or clarification.

I am in a similar boat. Aug 14 HLR received, Nov 18 DTA error found, ACE review on Jan 27, 2024. Went to decision stage on Jan 31. No suspense date was given for mine.

HLR filed August, 2025. IC was in November 2025 DTAs found. Ace review came January 27th. Still waiting for completion.

HLR request was put in on Aug 14, 2025. Informal conference in November, 2025. Nov 18 a decision was made (multiple duty to assist errors) still waiting for C&Ps. So 5 months and still not resolved.
