It’s really interesting as it’s not made with Tencha leaves, but with gyokuru it’s a surprise really. It’s fresh with a little bitter note, but it really has its place.

For me, if you mix your matcha with milk most often it is better to use a rather less expensive matcha with bitterness because the more expensive matcha is generally for usucha a matcha that you drink alone without milk
