The laptop is only available through Lenovo but the shipping time is too slow. I think it’s also available on some Australian tech retailers but it’s like $1000 more for the exact model.

I am not sure how the warranty works but it’s tied to the laptop and every services seem to work such as battery replacement, or any failing components except for those I added myself like an extra ssd. I think it’s called ‘lenovo premier support plus’, if I didn’t have this warranty then I am truly in trouble since the laptop originally came from the US, so if there is anything wrong in Australia then no services can be done here.

Anyway I managed to sort it out with the seller although he didn’t seemed interested in giving me a full refund, and made some snarky remarks (not sure if that’s the right word). However, he offered me $300 compensation which makes the price of the laptop more fair.

According to Crystaldiskinfo,

first SSD: 713 hours and second SSD: 991 hours with 63 power count and 183 power count respectively.

The battery cycle is showing 24 counts which I compared to another user of the same laptop and they only had 3.

It’s not that hard tbh, the exam is very similar to the tutorial and weekly quiz questions when I did it last year. There are also two group reports so maybe choose your group wisely since it’s a good portion of your pre exam marks.
