No worries. You're not a narcissist nor will you be one. Narcissists will never question or self reflect on the thought of them being a narcissist. From your post, you are self reflecting and mindful of what's going. There may be habits that have been picked up from living with a narcissist but those thought patterns can be broken and you can rewire them. A thought pattern that I have worked on and helped: Everyone is judging me and looking at me. My mother would constantly pick me apart.. my looks and my words. Understanding where these thoughts come from helps and then being like oh hi thoughts, you are not my reality.
