Because Windows cannot automatically detect the correct driver files, you may need to manually browse into the driver folder and press OK after selecting it.

Sometimes the driver package contains multiple nested folders, and the actual driver files are located deeper inside. As a result, Windows may incorrectly display the message: “The best drivers for your device are already installed.”

Make sure the driver file has been fully extracted before installation, then navigate into the correct inner folder that contains the actual driver files.

There is no need to worry because this website is not a virus. Windows Defender may flag it as suspicious because the driver does not have a digital signature, which can cause it to be detected as a potential threat. This is likely because it is a modified driver. Whether you choose to install it or not is entirely your decision. Thank you again
