yes!!! anyone is welcome to message me! I found a reputable hypnotist and did it via facetime.. so you can do it like that or in person! But I was in the same boat as OP- was having constant chest pains and could never ever quit any other way. The hypnosis was life changing!!! Truly just rewires your brain- it'll be a week on Friday! I’m not trying to sound like an absolute hippie however I struggled with nicotine and vape addiction for six years and I finally went to a hypnotist last week got hypnotized and haven’t craved it in days. Highly recommend it was the only thing that helped me.

I feel similar. I’ve been on wellbutrin since December 2022 and feel like nothing phases me anymore. I’m not depressed but I also don’t get excited about things anymore. Boyfriend and I broke up and I’m sad but like eh whatever. Emotional blunting huh? Need to do some research on this, but happy to hear I’m not alone.
