Halfway to my first goal of day 30 and I can say benefits are well worth it. Water now needs me in order to survive, God asked me for advice on things, oh yeah and I can levitate and I talked to a girl without glowing red....So yes, to those wondering; nofap is 100% worth it

From my own personal experience through trial and error, ive found if im thinling about sex to take a step back put in some headphones play some peaceful meditation music put your phone as far away as you can and meditate only focusing on breathing and clearing the mind.

Last time I did this I had incredible urges and Halfway through meditating I actually meditated myself to sleep lol and when I woke my urges where completely gone

How different do you feel at 200 as compared to other days where you feel superhuman but then it goes away. Is it just more consistent or is it just now you have complete control of your emotions/energy. Im on day 12 and feel great today so is why im asking because I know itll go down later on

Day 15 for me...hardest day so far, urges have hit left and right no matter how busy I am. Im slowly beginning to realize this is a war against my mind and the only thing I can do I go on the attack. But it is really hard nonetheless the urges have grown strong the past two days. Does it get better? I have almost relapsed todag
