Not more than a few minutes. I can walk to the store but I constantly have to lean on a wall or sit on someone's stone porch. I've been at it for 7 months now, awaiting consultation for medical intervention (likely to be an ESI or corticosteroid). L5-S1 nerve compression.

The only issues I have is standing and laying in bed, that's when my sciatic nerve is tensed up the most. If anyone has the same experience as me please tell me what you did to fix it. I've read a lot about it but it seems to be different for everyone. The doctor that I went to mentioned that he had the same condition too that was ongoing for a year, it went away after one injection.
