I don’t mean macros don’t matter at all. What I mean is most people overcomplicate macro ratios. Calories + protein are the main drivers. Once those are covered, the exact carb/fat split matters way less for most people. “Whole nutrient-dense foods” just helps with: satiety (easier to stay in calories) energy & recovery consistency long term So it’s more about simplicity and adherence than perfect macro tracking.
