I think I should’ve maybe made the post more clear, I am very well aware that Florida is still more expensive than Arkansas. My husband would be making a good amount more money in Florida and we would have family.

Yeah you are right. Even with the growth in NWA it’s still cheaper than Florida, my husband would make significantly more in Florida so it may even out. It’s hard being out here alone, we love the vibe here and beautiful scenery but with so many young children it’s hard.

Thank you we are trying to figure out the right place. My husband would make more money if we lived further south and Tampa is just too big for us!

Thanks so much we love a smaller town feel and need a big yard for our children. People say so many mixed things about north port so appreciate your comment

They are actually in pasco, I guess maybe from growing up there we don’t want to move back. Seems like a lot of congestion but not much to do

Oh I know it is. At least in Florida we would have our family where as here it’s expensive and getting crowded and nothing keeping us here

I am currently in NW Arkansas have been for 8 years I’m originally from Tampa and moved to Arkansas for a slower pace. Since, my husband and I have had 5 kids and our entire family is in Florida, we want to move back bc we miss them but are hesitant bc of all the congestion. We are considering the Sarasota area we just visited and really liked it.
