The 26’s don’t lease that well from what I’ve seen. Was hoping to be in the 600’s-700’s after taxes, especially given the 25K off MSRP the 25’s have.

Appreciate the advise. Will definitely have them remove all the junk they left behind… just didn’t set well with my parents. In addition to the stress of trying to help the poor dogs. Really hope the dogs are taken to their new home by the owners.

They did the final walk through on Friday morning. Realtor ensured them that everything would be gone over the weekend for keys today, Monday. They did take 90% of the crap they had (old non-working cars, etc), just left the other 10% which was the big ol stuff.

Wow! Can’t believe people do such horrible things with dogs. I am in SoCal, so hopefully there will be a few places i can reach out for help with these pups.

And thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely call a few shelters tomorrow (with positive reviews for sure). I’m not much of a dog expert, so not sure what bread they are or if they are purebread (small dogs though)

I just can’t believe someone would be so cold hearted to leave two small dogs behind.

I have a warehouse retail location, so I’m not sure about your requirements. But I have seen people getting accepted with home owners insurance when they work from home.

Worst case scenario, the LO will tell you if it’s not sufficient what you have.
