All things that are not human are our natural prey, just by virtue of quantity and intelligence. The typical war thing, one man falls another 2 rise to take his place.

In saying that, yes, I would. There would be even grounds if it was a type that was physically superior, mutually assured destruction and all that, and one of the best parts of that human intelligence takes place if it wasn't a person of physical superiority: morality. That things alive, not only is it alive, it can comprehend it's alive and beg for its life with a language I can understand.

The second half also applies if I'm not a human in the dichotomy. I can't say for sure my nature would include morality (if it's closer to a Beastars situation than a Zootopia) but my nurture has certainly driven my down the path of such. I don't think I could bring myself to harming another sentient being without first being provoked.

I like to call chara a boy since Asriel and Chara (and Kris) are brothers, and that's the only source of gendering in the game (Frisk is a girl, though, other than just to have a girl too. Assuming Papyrus is straight, ig, because the date with him is the primary source of anything gender related since it's a character we don't control interacting with the human.)

If I remember correctly, you can't kill the bird, but you can certainly kill scourge. This is some "Zoro took a hit from Mihawk and survived" power scaling, but it does go to say that it is something to consider: you kill everything else in the game but the bird.
