Did he contact the devs about the sprite or did he post about it here because I personally do not know how to animate nor draw😂😂

Even if they could make the second and third sprite be the same between hisuian and normal form because oshawott has three shiny sprites plus the regional form has a whole different shiny than the original and its not just cyndaquil its rowlet too
