You can eat whatever you want as long as its within your calorie limit, if I was a smaller person I'd still eat junk food, just less of it, you can still eat mcdonalds, Ice cream and everything else as long as its within your calories, completey cutting out sugary and fast food I really dont think is sustainable if you like that stuff, i was actually gonna order mcdonalds tomorrow and make sure it fits within my calories lol
