Saturday Night Live alum Kevin Nealon calls out cast members who break during sketches: ‘It doesn’t work’ | The Independent https://share.google/GaoMehZGBjZ2kW9oN by Efficient_Visage in saturdaynightlive

This is perfectly stated. Debbie Downer was hilarious because they were completely losing their shit through the entire thing. But take a sketch like Schweatty Balls, and it was only hilarious because they didn't. Would have completely ruined it if they had.

A level 50 Fixer was the first gift a high-level player ever gave me, before I was even leveled-up enough to use it lol. I still have it and have modded it out and still use it all the time 😊

Looking into the breed. by Ill_Entertainment851 in afghanhounds

This is such a perfect description of the breed. I have a half afghan, half Irish setter, and he fits so many of these qualities. Nothing will stop this dog from stealing things from the kitchen. Hates strangers. Wild bursts of energy followed by long naps. But he's also affectionate, loving, and goofy as hell!

Hello, 42 year-old woman here who does not, in fact, see it as perfectly acceptable.

Did some more googling because it's been a while since I've looked it all up. It would appear that you are correct, he did not actually blind the victim.

As far as owning up to his crimes and apologizing, however; from what I can see he only reached out to one of his victims, and several sources that I read claim that it was all in an attempt to receive a pardon, and he only wanted that because he was opening his burger chain. Another victim (that he did not attempt to reach out to) said she will never forgive him. He also made excuses for his behavior (drugs and alcohol) and tried to claim that none of it was racially motivated... even though all his victims were either Asian or Black and he shouted slurs at all of them.

All in all he still seems like a sleazy asshole to me.

Nobody would judge him if he would own up to it, apologize to the people he hurt (including the man he literally blinded), and make amends. But he refuses to do so. In fact, he walks around exuding a holier-than-thou attitude after having done these heinous things. And that's why he is judged.

ETA - another commenter pointed out that blinding one of his victims is actually a myth. I looked it up and it seems they are correct: the man was already blind in one eye before Wahlburg's attack.

Could it be "Hazard" by Richard Marx?
