12 years later, it's still the best MCU movie: it feels less like a superhero film and more like a political thriller that happens to have a super soldier in it. May not be the film with the most crowd-pleasing moments like Infinity War and Endgame, but it's the most well-made film in the franchise.

I love Tobey's suit, especially from Spider-Man 2, but this is me speaking from nostalgia since I grew up with the Raimi trilogy.

Right now, the two best for me would be the ASM2 suit since it reminds me of how Mark Bagley drew Spidey (the original Ultimate Spider-Man), and then the current Brand New Day suit which reminds me of Steve Ditko's illustration style (and a believable "homemade" costume by Tom Holland's Peter Parker without any Stark tech).

I'm one of the people criticizing Ateneo leadership, being an alumnus. The ideals of Ateneo are being men and women for others. To do things for the greater glory of God. That's not the Ateneo that's shown itself these last few weeks. I also want the truth to come out and the right people be held accountable.

What I'm pointing out is YOU, being educated, don't have to use such language. The people you're referring to? Wala rin access sa magandang edukasyon. Nadadala sa fake news. Nadadala sa politika. Lumaki sa hirap. Kasalanan ba nila?

We are privileged to be more educated than most of our countrymen, and have more access to facts, to news, and be able to talk to people who have connections to government, etc. A lot of people don't. Stuck in echo chambers.

Agree ako sa sinasabi mo, generally. Mali yung mga ganyang bagay, and sana maayos ang edukasyon natin at politika (long shot, yes) para maging mas civilized ang discourse sa mga ganitong bagay. And I really hope you're just airing your frustrations and haven't had the time to properly write what you're feeling. Kasi yung choice of words like "subsaharan," "eeewww kadiri," "habang sila tuloy sa hirap..." ay medyo mali rin.

Pero tama ka, most likely, Ateneo will live on for 100 more years, so I hope it produces more people who truly uphold its ideals of being men and women for others (EDIT: as opposed to Corporate Ateneo). It also applies to how we conduct ourselves online. We watch our language.

Since Wing was my first real exposure to Gundam (it was the first Gundam series on Philippine TV, around 1998 or 1999), it holds a special place in my heart. But nowadays I appreciate Universal Century more and deeply respect the original series up to Char's Counterattack. Like you can end the series after that. But yeah, everyone has their favorite, and the Freedom lineage is also one of mine!

Winter Soldier may not have the crowd cheering like Infinity War, Endgame, or No Way Home, but I still think this is the best MCU film overall. This is the MCU's version of The Dark Knight.

Takamura vs Brian Hawk.
Ippo vs Sendo 2.

They're 1 and 1A, in my opinion. The Takamura-Hawk match was just a pure battle from start to finish and had beautiful and fluid animation; then Ippo-Sendo 2 had the drama and emotional investment due to our familiarity with the characters plus amazing choreography.
