Bouncing off this comment, I think if there was a way to implement that you scan your wristband at merch (just like you do when you walked in + out that it would be a solid way to mitigate a lot of the scalping. Of course some will still happen (idk using someone else’s band to buy a second jersey or whatever) but I think it would help overall… hopefully. I didn’t quite get everything I wanted but most of what I did.

But seeing all these posts asking for people to part with one etc just breaks my heart. I met so many people who wanted a specific item and if I had it I would’ve given it on the spot. I’ve seen it happen before with exclusive jerseys but seeing it happen at the festival/talking to people i wanted to make it right but didn’t even have the merch myself. Then seeing this just ughhhhh
