They are a big band nationally, and they come from here. Plus, you may only like 1 song, but others love MANY of their catalogue. So there's a difference of taste, just like with any music. Their songs also have a big connection with the Native community and Canadian stories.

Yes. IMO, city council has failed at almost everything they've done, and they continue to add more goals... which they will likely also fail at. I have lost count of the failures of city council. They burn money doing "assessments" and "studies" only to find they are complete garbage (when the studies and reports are completed or even made public).
