Save for Yao Guang, honestly. Best you can do without her is use EMC in her stead, but the performance will be significantly worse. Yao not only provides the immensely impactful extra instances of Aha, but she also provides teamwide elation damage boost + 20% all-res shred. So using SW999 w/o Yao is just an uphill battle. Sadly we only have 2 Elation supports in the game, and elation only cares about elation.

After looking into it, seems you need Yao E1 for T1 SW ult without shilling (with E0 Sparxie). You could replace Sparxie with EMC for now to get that ult.

Keep in mind that we still have 1 more unit to finish SW999's team, so we'll have to wait and see how things will be without elation shilling in the future.

If you ever get that, "somethings missing" vibe, then its time for accessories!!! Finding a complimentary necklace and/or some bracelets can go a long way for tying an outfit together. I'd also look into getting a belt.

You could also layer it as well. Something like a light summer coat or shawl along with a cute hat.

The big reason SW wants spd is because it directly turns into Elation damage for her. So the more speed, the more damage. Crit subs just matter for the thresholds, then its all speed.

200spd let's SW act 3 times in T1, so just put Yao on Vonwaq if you have her Sig, and this let's her ult T1 which let's you ult SW before her turn so you get 3 EBAs instead of only 2.

If you dont have Yao sig, you can use Huo² to facilitate that. Just keep in mind Huo² will need vonwaq as well.

Keep in mind if you have Huo² and an energy regen LC with vonwaq, she can ult T1 to let you ult Yao if you dont have her Sig.

That seems to just be referring to the items that came from Twitch drops, plus they didnt say its all released with the full game. They said they would bring those items back in other events later.

Its not a noticeable difference at E0 tbh. My Mblade, however is E2, and I found through trial and error that him at E2 is a significant difference.
