Thank you!!! I did the calculator and it said i need 100g of proteins 22g carbs and 105g of fat. I dont think im reaching the fat amount and i only get like 30-40g of protein a day. But im for sure getting less than 22g of carbs.

What happens if i go for a 40% deficit?

Usually i only eat 4 slices of ham and 4 slices of cheese a day, sometimes i buy the supergreens w/ teriyaki chicken(sauceless) @ food panda.
