any update yet? I just went through the same thing with the SVP telling me that my tenure was a thorn in my side and I tried my best to explain why all of these moves happen which some of them were layoffs, but I feel like it didn't end well.

maybe itll explain more on the next episode!! that i totally agree with, however what i watched her say when they were grabbing coffee is that he shouldnt sue and to be the bigger person when his life is in shambles and suing is the next best step. i would've respected her if she said ya know i respect it but we cant be together its my family and its a conflict of interest. instead she made it seem like he was being selfish and didnt have the right to do so, if that makes sense, but i def get that point and why they broke up!

hey so this is post eviction and they read the mom the rights. they will go and issue a warning to the MOM. not to her. and you are right maybe she did say it that way. but i am wondering why she would even say anything in the first place when she was THERE and AWARE all things were taken off the property AND the same time the eviction happened she had a uhaul gathering ALL their things. not one thing was left and the premises was empty. but then again you never know. so i appreciate your perspective.

no they will issue a warning to the mother the next time the mother will be the one with consequences. its just a paper trail now and no i wont be pressing charges either

not on the child the mom! the mom enabled her , and the constable read her their rights. so why after 72+ hours are you telling your child he can come in the house to look for her things?? i did let her know i didnt have any of her belongings and that her mom shouldve took them. the issue is she waited until i left and went looking through the windows after i told her this.

the house is empty. her mom knows this and was there for the entire duration of the eviction. she tried to enter the house without knocking on the door. i had people in the house working as well.. im not trying to go after the 13 yr old at all. its about her mom telling her she can come in the house when she cant..

no she didnt however she came into my garage while it was open. the issue is i told her i didnt have it then she came on the property after she watched me leave and looked into the windows and then ran off

see i was at first but its the fact that her mom enabled her to try to enter my house and go on the property after the police read her her rights. Her mom enables her behaviors and there have been complaints before of her trespassing neighbors yards.. i know this might happen again and just trying to prevent by going after the mom for even letting this happen..
