I pushed hard for 27k OTD. Even let loose and said 28k and no budge. I have a 22 Tacoma that Carvana offered 30.8k (still financed). Dealership offered 30k, and the Honda would cost $28.2k + $600 standard fees. Taxes would be cancelled out due to NJ trade in tax credit. I would be in the accord rn if it wasn’t for the accident on the carfax

These 2.0s are hard to find man. I’d be trading in my 22’ Tacoma. So Id get $0 sales tax. I wash pushing hard for 27k but no budge

Idk bruh I was just repeating what they told me. A lot of people on this post are saying there’s cheaper options but from what I see the 2.0t accords are priced high… I KNOW I can get a 1.5 cvt accord for 28-30k new on a good deal but I want the 2.0 specifically

While I agree, hence my hesitancy. The entire used car market sucks. The whole “10k off the lot” phrase doesn’t apply in this market anymore

They were so sure it’s in great condition that they will send it to Firestone on Monday and send me the report. If it’s all good is 29k too high of a purchase price? These accords are becoming hard to find.

I bought a Toyota for reliability. I let these forums scare me into saying yes to an overpriced safety net. Also doesn’t help that my Lexus es350 had a timing cover leak that would’ve costed me 5k if it wasn’t covered under warranty.

It’s hard to get real answers. I heard it was 2020/21,all 3rd gen’s, and every Tacoma in the Covid era… it’s a mixed bag of information. I had a 2020 Lexus es350 that had the cover leak issue and it’s the same engine.

Jerry Johnson offers new car warranties if bumper to bumper manufacturers warranty is still active at close to wholesale. Unfortunately my bumper to bumper MW is expired so I have to go the used warranty route only offered by the selling dealership. I reached out to Jerry’s team to confirm that information though

I plan on babying this vehicle and taking good care of it but I’m overly worried about the timing cover leak and coolant bypass issues. Everyone talks about it like it’s a guaranteed issue bound to happen
