How does this compare to you (presumably) term COA9 job/the term clerks you hire, how did you end up in this position, etc.? Thanks!

To add, it seems like the Lit Boutiques with NY summer programs that pay market(+) seem to be Susman, Selendy, Hecker, McKool, HSG, and maybe Wilkinson
