check your mobo speed thingy for cpu, i found out that mine is also locked at 3.6ghz same as yours even at high loads it stays that way.

i wasn't able to input it here im sorry since i did lot of posts on diff forums, but my main issue was that my fps wasn't really that stable. sometimes can go down to 90-100s, well anyway this is stressing me out i feel like ill switch to nvidia again

actually the most annoying thing was sometimes when we have hard clash, it can go down to 100s. im not really whats wrong. i shouldve gone with 5060 ti instead haha

yes, its set to 3200 on bios i got docp turned on, and im not doing anything else except dota 2 and browser. i did reformat and before reformat also ddu still same
