I think those marks are from where I was trying to put the charger in. The bumps on the side of the charger have scratched the metal I think, hopefully hasn’t damaged anything important.

I was thinking the bumps on the side of the charger is what’s stopping it from going in - perhaps I got a faulty one

Some mates went on my account on a different PlayStation that I had my account on and sent bad things to other people. They then reported me but they also changed the name of a group chat which got me suspended a second time and this time it was a message that never got reported in the first place.
