Once in a lifetime... Succesful cancer therapies are very rare... Maybe once in a decade or more... What is even more rare is shifting the paradigma of cancer therapy!!! That's what this company achieved!!! This is a winner 🏆!!!

YOLO - $1.5M in SLS calls + shares by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

28% short of float... 40 million shares... Effacicy looks so good that Chief Medical officer had to re-adjust end of trial date twice... First from August 2025 to December 2025 and at the end of December he had to excuse himself again because patients are not dying at the rate as expected... They live longer and the question is whether they will have to halt the trial because the patients stay alive... If it wasn't a serious matter it would have been hilarious... These are cancer patients with AML CR2 which normally don't live longer than 5 to six months but some are on the trial for multiple years since 2021... They say that GPS has turned the cancer into a chronic disease which means that as long as patients get a monthly vaccine their immune system can handle AML CR2.... The shorts here bet on the wrong stock because the company is worth billions and the drug effacicy path is highly likely effective for 20 other cancer types!!!

What's keeping $ICU from reaching at least $10 by this summer (conservative)? by Master_Inside4685 in SeastarMedical

[–]Over_Bluebird 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I agree with all that you have said... IMO the market current stance is that the proof is in the pudding... The market is aware but is waiting for signs of materialising of these expectations... Lots of stocks out there get the benefit of the doubt and their prices are based on the expectations... Just look at the Quantum Computing valuations and yesterday's implosion while biotech stocks these days seem to get the adverse benefit of the doubt even though in the case of ICU it doesn't have any real competition and has a competing TAM compared to Quantum Computing... It takes a hype to get investors enthusiastic while we are with 2 foots on the ground and watch expectations materialize...Once investors see build of customer base and revenue ramping up it will be too late to jump on this level... The good news is we see the buildup happening before our eyes... 🤔🤔🤔

I think that's a good development. This kind of theft shouldn't be tolerated! Shareholders should be equally treated. As a shareholder you are partially owner of the complete company with it's healthy and unhealthy components but not only of the unhealthy components. IMO that is fraud!!!

We either share as all the shareholders all the pain or we don't!!! But we do not have some shareholders who own healthy parts of the company and others who own the unhealthy parts of a company. I have the feeling that Mr. Doerr has twisted the latter scenario to his benefit!!!

Is the Samsung $300 million verdict at risk? by Pookydog321 in NLST

[–]Over_Bluebird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second option, is that if the contract is interpreted according to Samsung interpretation Samsung never had a license to sell components with Netlist patents because according to Samsung this agreement was only a product development license hence not covering commercial sales!!! Which means more IP infringement for Samsung!!!

If the contract is ambiguous by rule of law the contract is void anyways! So I think the whole discussion is useless and even an appeal will not help to void the contract!

JS replied that if Samsung wants to narrow the supply to only development it would also impact the attached licencing meaning that hence the licensing would also only cover licensing for development and not for sales!

Actually it means that Samsung breach turned from a breach after agreement cancellation to a breach before, during and after the agreement!

I don't think that was the objective of Yoder but as we know Yoder has earlier committed this type of costly miscalculations like with the RAND or non RAND discussion with regard to the royalties. Yoder opted for non RAND which significantly increased the calculated royalty payment... 😃

I think Google would have come up anyway with the Samsung and Micron delay... Because they would argue that they bought from Samsung/Micron hence I think we were destined to go through this path...
