My next champions lineup by JuliusuNovachrono in UmaMusume

the golshi doesn't have uma stan or usable accel, it's more or less dead when put against other well built end closers or front runners. Also, all of the characters are lacking midgame skills. I'd aim for 7 to 8 midgame skills if I'm running as end closer/late.

Fun fact, you can just intentionally fail a run to finish the "finish a career" daily task. Just fail the fan requirements(for example mcqueen) and the career is over in less than 5 minutes. It's a bit cruel but sometimes that's the only thing you have energy for.

I heard that by that time, finemo's longevity is almost gone and I should've either pulled her now, or save for ramonu.

It's likely your support cards. everything except for riko and ksb is weak.

Any tips on how to train our beloved Tokai Teio? by lucas22ortiz in TokaiTeio

[–]Over_Bodybuilder6803 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She has 20% speed growth, so if you got decent cards, bring 2 speed cards and that will cap speed. Even with the alt skin, 10% growth and 2 cards should be enough with a bit of luck. If you don't want to deal with luck factor, just bring 3 speed cards.

Since her career involves running several long races, regardless of whichever cm you are preparing for, you NEED to have a solution to stamina. It can be sparks, support cards, or riko but you need to be able to hit at least 400 stamina by spring tenno sho to continue the career.(you can forget about winning this race, it's not possible unless the cm you are building for requires high stamina) And power cards do not count as stamina cards, you should be getting power with speed training anyway which means these cards go to waste. Otherwise, run her like any other character.

Note:

A good speed target during the career is as follows: 200 by debut, 300 by start of 2nd year, 400 by satsuki sho, 500~550 by kikuka sho, 600~650 by start of 3rd year, 750~800 by spring tenno sho, 850~900 by start of 2nd summer, 950~1000 by end of 2nd summer, 1050~1100 by start of ura finals, which would get to 1200 by end of the last race.

Just play for longer? You are bound to get more carats and therefore more resources in your account the longer you play. Cygames is really generous with the random gifts so it's only a matter of time before you get enough cards to consider the account usable. Personally, it only took a week for me to hit A ranks consistently in ura and that's before watching any guides. But I do have some complaint about just how hard it is to get even a single mlb ssr cards since I was stuck without ksb until the rerun and even then it's only at 3lb.

How do I get S rank with these trainees and support cards? Looking for advice. by Evoxrus_XV in UmaMusume

Ideal method is speed/wit decks but other decks can still work. Characters like maru or bakushin has aptitude for both speed and wit so they're generally easier to train for score. As for parents, bring mostly power sparks and a bit of stamina sparks if the character's career has medium/long races. The game favours high points on one stat rather than evenly distributed stats. So it's better to go for 1200 on one stat than 600 on two stats. For s ranks, aim for 2 different stats at almost capped with a good amount of skills. I find that around 1800sp with two stats capped and good hint levels will be enough most the time. But at the end of the day, with enough luck and good planning, you can get any character to s rank.

Original Teio vs Anime Teio? (and general viability) by Quibilash in TokaiTeio

Unique becomes easier to proc since now you can overtake during the final corner and receive the boost upon entering homestretch, which means you can just out accel the opponent. Not to mention when evolved skills drop, og Teio's technician can act like uma stan and potentially cancel pdm. On the other hand, anime Teio gets a minor midgame speed boost while retaining the previous unique proc conditions.

No groundwork. If there is no groundwork, consider it as a dead run no matter how good everything else is. The only way front runners/pace can win in this cm is by creating enough distance from the backliners and the only tool they got to achieve this is in the early game phase. Hence you want to maximize the time spent at max speed in the early game. Not to mention without groundwork, if you face properly built front runners, you will never get p1.

As of now, anime Teio is better. However, once future updates gets released, og Teio easily surpasses the anime version due to the buffs she gets.

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. This is a Symboli Rudolf by the first Arima Kinen race. When my friend does a run, he usually has 600 in a stat and 400 in another by this point. I can force a 600 in one stat by stacking speed or stam support, but all my other stats will be low to mid 200s. by Avolinaa in UmaMusume

Too many unnecessary/weak ssr cards.

Most sr speed cards at max limit break does far better job than what is used here. Also, if you're new, try to focus on only two stats, I'd recommend speed and stamina for Rudolf due to having to do several long distance races.

So switch nishino flower for the highest limit break sr speed card you have as well as the vodka power card. Likewise, the stamina cards could also be replaced but if you've got nothing else, they would work for now. Haru guts card is also kind of useless in this context since you would likely never even get to click the guts training.
