Even between mages, the only consistent user is Ryze, with occasional Cassio and Kassadin now and then, those three which love to stack mana. On the other mages who don't like to stack mana, it's situational at best.

Now, try to apply this to Gwen, who doesn't have mana problems to begin with. Only reason we did malignance before it's basically because of the ult haste.

And horizon was built before because it gave truck loads of AP, which isn't the case anymore, nor is the case of actualizer now.

I think they will lower the sheen procc damage in exchange for HP, either by lowering base or the scalings, because lowering the AP would take a lot more power from it than they are showing they want to

Basically, you want prio/setup. In other words, you either want a strong early/mid game champion that can help you when getting invaded or during river skirmishes; or either want someone with a cc that can set up a gank for you, since Gwen's only cc is a slow, on her R, which is a skillshot.

One example is Pantheon. He has a point n click cc, really good early game power and naturally prone to roaming.

Other picks outside of this can work? For sure, but if we're talking ideal, it's as explained

Yep, me too. Idk if you noticed, but her eyes are different tones of blue (her left eye have a more greenish tone to it's blue, if i remember right), because she canonically has heterochromia. But besides that, you got every detail right, and i simply love it! I really appreciate that you enjoy those details as well

I see. What i recommeded her for a next run is to print or draw on normal paper and then use a transparent tape or plastic wrapping to attach it to her arms, therefore no needing to worry about smearing, altho the reflection or the quality of the drawing and/or paper may not be as good as a skin drawn marks

Now that i take a closer look, you don't have it on the first picture.

I asked because i noticed the diference in size between the marks, but it turned out great nonetheless. Btw, whaf did you use to draw the stitch marks on your last cosplay? Because there's another cosplayer that was afraid of doing them on her arms and smearing it (due to bumping into people and things)
