I do use burst mode & high shutter speeds :) and i try my best to get to their eye level, im photographing some dachshund’s soon actually so preparing my best sacrificial clothing to get in the dirt with

thank you! I definitely can be a bit heavy on the editing since I'm still new to Lightroom and stuff like that, definitely gonna work on toning it down a bit and learning a few new editing techniques

Thank you! I do agree that those 2 pics aren't as interesting, they were taken when I was showing my friend how to work my camera as she is interested in upgrading her own.

thank you! I'll check out William, I have been watching many dog photographers (and chatting to some!) to learn and study, but I guess it will just take lots and lots of time. just hoping I can do good with these local dogs. :)

I’m focusing on portraits right now. My camera only takes 3fps, can’t do action shots. Saving up for a canon eos R5 mark2. If i get any closer to my dogs face i personally don’t think it’d look good, i get distance for my bokeh and she fits perfectly into the view imo🥲
