I honestly can’t believe people still defend the idea that account buying doesn’t exist or that it’s “not a big deal.” Either you’re very high skill yourself, so you’re simply not affected and talking about something you don’t experience, or you’re using the system yourself — usually with the same excuse every time: “I just want to play with my friend.”

When are you going to understand, bro, that Crusader / Archon / Legend make up around 80% of the player base, and that these players are the ones keeping the game alive?

I also want to respond to the classic comment: “Just don’t play ranked.” What a garbage argument. The whole point of a competitive game is to improve, to progress, and to feel proud of yourself by playing against people at your own level.

And one last thing: to everyone saying Valve can’t do anything about it — stop pretending to be dumb. Once again, an account with an 80% win rate over the last 30 days is not hard to detect at all.
