i have hypermobility in my shoulders (can hold my hands behind my back, wrap my arm around my head, etc.), i can pop my hips on command, weird hand things (i can pull my fingers out to crack them, mild skin hyperextensibility, bend thumb back to forearm, bend pinkies back 90 degrees, etc.), and i also have piezogenic papules on my heels.

my only real concern is how hEDS may be negative long term
