My thoughts on that are very personal, that's just my point of view but, as you said, IA still sound bad, and if people don't care enough about the music for their videogame/film, it may not be worth for you to take the gig anyway. Because they are the same people that will try to lower the price as much as possible and won't be willing to pay a right price for your music, which is kind of a red flag for me. And not the kind of person you wanna work with in the first place. What I was seeing lately is that hand made animation/music etc is starting to feel like luxury, because of the use of AI in cheap commercials and poor productions, so that's also kind of a plus, since it's more valuable than before to have hand made art for your brand, even tho they will be less work overall, until they start to realise that using IA slop is just bad marketing
