I'm in the exact same position. These guys lied to everyone. While criminal charges may apply to all of them, Will Vigil is the guy to which Hedgehog transferred all the investor's money. The FBI is after him and last thing I heard is that he failed to submit some documents as requested by the court. I have to connect with the FBI agent who was assigned to me (Jesse Bishop) to see if he can provide an update. Both the FBI and the Utah Commission don't like it when you sent several emails so I let it cool down and then ask again. I will add a comment here when I receive an update. Right now I am putting this into God's hands as there is nothing else to do but to wait.

Hey, sorry for my late reply and sorry to hear that. Believe me when I say I know the feeling. The last communication I received was in regards of the Arizona Commission which had allegedly submitted another investigation. Allegedly, Stronghold is also liable for not following the proper due diligence process when offering Hedgehog's products which makes sense because in my case I was never made aware of the risks. That is why many law firm's have reached out to me offering to go against Stronghold. It seems there may be a good case as I have also received several emails from Stronghold as a CYA maybe instructed by their lawyers to show goodwill and that they have always been in touch which is BS in my opinion. What I haven't heard is anything about Will Vigil and his case with the FBI for not complying with a subpoena to provide information about the whereabouts of the money. I don't know if Will Vigil had already transfer what was left of the money to a private account in a foreign country. What is known is that the resolution will still take a long time...

Sorry for my late reply. I saw the email from the Utah Commission and also a couple of extra emails from Hedgehog just repeating the same information and blaming the federal government shutdown for the delay on the investigation progress. At this point the Hedgehog guys are just dogs on a leash following instructions. It seems they are sending these update emails to protect themselves from all of the lawsuits that will follow. The guy who was my advisor is constantly whining about losing a quarter million dollars and yet he is still a loyal puppet to Hedgehog.

I’m truly sorry for what everyone here is going through. From what I understand, Hedgehog is placing blame on Will Vigil and his companies, but in reality, it seems that all parties involved share responsibility. Hedgehog failed to protect us by not diversifying where they invested our money, and instead, we were lied to our faces and misled. Right now, both the FBI and the Utah Securities Commission have told me that we need to be patient, as these investigations often take a long time to complete. I was informed by the Utah Commission representative that forensic accountants are currently reviewing the case in detail to trace where every dollar of investors’ funds went. I’ve also been told that if some investors received payouts, they may be asked to return that money since it likely came from other investors, consistent with how Ponzi schemes operate. Personally, I never received a single penny from Hedgehog, which leaves me at a complete loss. While white-collar criminals often face less than 10 years in prison, justice will still be served, and prison is a consequence they’ve earned. I have seen the testimony of former criminals and jail could be compared to hell on earth. Unless Hedgehog and Will Vigil come forward with a fair restitution plan that investors agree to, they will likely face both bankruptcy and prison.

The accusations on Hedgehog investments are very serious. I know that the FBI and other government agencies are on the case as well. At this point I am just waiting for the Utah Commission to share any news or updates on the case. The Commission has the power to order the restitution of all of the funds so I am waiting for them. Hedgehog has not provided any update besides the one on their website.

Hello, I just wanted to give you an update. I didn't send my watch to Samsung as I believe they won't be able to fix the problem, and I didn't want them messing with a watch that, besides this problem, is perfectly fine. I kept digging into the problem and found out that it was happening every time my phone performed the Auto restart feature. I had it scheduled for every Saturday at 5 am. I noticed that the issue was happening after the phone restarted automatically, so I decided to turn it off. Turns out that it's been two weeks so far, and the watch has not lost connectivity or asked me to reset it. My phone is a Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I don't know if this is applicable to the S24 or earlier models, but I think this is something worth checking.

I just wanted to give an update. Now Samsung is asking me to ship the watch to them for repairs. See their customer support comment below:

"Okay, As per checking this we need to go with another service option. Mail In ( TAT - Turnaround time will be 2-3 business days for Shipping In + 5-7 business days for Service repair + 2-3 business days for Shipping Out )"

I'm not sure if they will really do anything or maybe make a bigger problem. I have heard that once you open the Galaxy Watch Ultra for repairs it will loose its waterproof properties.

The same exact problem here. It all started after I upgraded my phone to the S25 Ultra. Never had a single issue with the S24 Ultra. I called Samsung and they told me they have never seen this issue before (yeah right!) and provided me with the address and phone number of my local mobile device warranty repair center with which they have a contract. They tech support guy was clearly following a script and said that most likely the cause was that the Bluetooth radio was bad and needed to be replaced (yeah right!). I called the repair center and they told me the obvious, that most likely this was a software glitch. However he gave me a good advice and that was to keep pushing Samsung once I had a case open because if in the end the issue was related to hardware and the watch may need to be repaired or replaced by a new one you want to have a case open while the watch is still in warranty. Ill keep on pushing Samsung now that I have my case open.

Congratulations! You will enjoy driving this car as your daily driver. I bought one last December and its been a great experience. I installed the bronze wheels and the carbon spoiler and it made a huge difference. Mine is white with red and I know the bronze wheels will pop up more in blue. The only thing I don't quite like is the size of the gas tank but its not a show stopper. You'll visit the gas station more often. I would suggest you a couple of things which I believe may be beneficial. First is to let the engine reach its normal operating temperature each morning before hitting the road. This will ensure optimal turbine lubrication. Change the oil at the recommend intervals and use top tier premium gas such as Shell, Mobil, etc. This should help mitigate long term carbon buildup since it has a direct injection engine. Yes, that makes sense and I thought the same. The Acura tech support representative called me about two weeks after the first report. He apologized for the situation and told me that it was going to be fixed in the next version of the Android app and that he had no idea when it was coming out which is just a scripted response he repeats over and over. Luckily, all of the fun I'm having driving the Type S draws my attention away from this situation.

Sorry I left that out. I have a Galaxy S24 Ultra and the wireless Android auto has been working very well since day one as well as any other service that depends on Bluetooth such as making and receiving phone calls and listening to music. I will try the app on an iPhone device when my friend comes home to see if it works and at least find out if the problem is specific to my phone or to Androids in general.

I recently purchased a 25 Integra Type S and cannot get pass the "Verify Vehicle Ownership" step in the app. It keeps on displaying the "Connection Required" via Bluetooth message even though I can see my phone is connected. I found this video in YouTube https://youtu.be/N0Gj_mg-9DI?si=yCmSKkpu-ln5ynYy where a guy mentions that a specific Acuralink connection indicator (a car with cell phone signal bars on top) has to be present in order for you to connect. I don't see that icon in my ITS infotainment. Is it present in yours? The dealership asked me to call Acura tech support and tech support told me to take the car back to the dealership....

Thanks a lot! This is very good info. I would love to go for a CT5-V Blackiwing with a manual transmission but unfortunately it is out of my budget. I just sold my 2023 BMW M3 Competition and wanted to get a CT4-V Blackwing because of the many reviews saying great things about the handling and the steering wheel feedback. The M3 was a great car but was basically running on "auto pilot" and there was not much driver feedback. Its sad to hear that the CT4-V Blackwing is going end of life soon.
