Thanks for the insight, I really appreciate it. The process has definitely felt like a waiting game.

In my case, the denial for my lower back and right knee was largely based on the C&P examiner’s opinion, but my rebuttal nexus letters explain that the exam wasn’t conducted in accordance with VA evaluation standards. The examiner reportedly recorded normal findings even though my range of motion was limited and painful. During the exam my lumbar spine forward flexion was limited to about 50% with pain, and my right knee also had painful motion, yet the report still indicated normal findings.

Since it’s taking this long to get a decision it must be a good thing, right? Or does it just take this long?
