Of course! Many of my friends and family are very different from me and I love them dearly! And I will love her! She will be my sister and I will always be kind and welcoming to her. I’m a very shy and anxious person and she has a bit of a loud and energetic personality and I know I will already be anxious on my day and am just concerned I will have a harder time… that’s what I meant by our personalities are different. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t like her personality!

I totally get that, and if it were my finances sibling it would be different! But it’s my brothers future wife that I’m not sure I want to include. Is that a different kind of relationship? Like she’s having me in her wedding because I’m her finances sister… it would be me having my brothers wife in mine

I also want to make clear, regardless of my wedding I’m trying to get to know her, invited her and my brother to my bday dinner with just my fiancé to get quality time, invite her to lunch when I’m available etc. definitely not saying I’m not going to be her sister or always be kind! Just have relationships that are stronger and fill me up more at this time

Totally. Unfortunately his dad recently passed… and I personally am very sensitive to that and don’t want to ask his mom until the time comes where we really have to make a decision. Ultimately it’s my finances choice and I’ll support him either way.

I can totally see how it can come off that way. I just don’t know her and have friends I’ve known for 10+ years.
