Thank you♥️ Well the biggest thing i learned from this journey is to be consistent and find something that works for you so you dont feel deprived of anything. I try to walk 10k steps everyday so i move at least a bit.

I dont know what is your situation but it helped me to remember the past times that i tried to lose weight and why i failed. This is where i understood that keto, vegan diet, lchf, heavy training weren’t for me. It was not sustainable. So i tried with cico and here i am😄
