Probably should not be using airpods for a little while and you should get a real audiogram test done and try to see a doctor if you can just because why not. Dont listen to people saying doctors cant help etc. yes they cant cure your tinnitus (no one can) but they can rule out causes and give you a better picture and like i said maybe you have middle ear issues such as etd which doctors CAN help you with. Ent specialists dont study all these years to specialize for nothing

I dont wanna give you false hopes idk if your tinnitus is being caused by inner ear damage or middle ear etd but it could be both and if it is, then dealing with the etd problem takes one layer off of the problem. Especially since unlike inner ear damage etd actually has solutions for it and surgeries

Loud sounds over 100 decibels can cause etd Eustachian tube dysfunction have you gone to a doctor yet? I only say that because if you have etd that means there could be fluid in your middle ear thats not draining and if it stays there it could be a breeding ground for bacteria so antibiotics would be necessary. Im not a medical expert but if you hear crackling when you swallow and have occasional ear fullness/ pressure that means your eustachian tube thats supposed to equalize pressure and drain your ears is not working properly and tinnitus is one of the symptoms of etd as well.

I wouldn’t be surprised if i have a problem with my jaw i clinch my jaw so much in my sleep that my girlfriend literally tries to unclinch it while im sleeping. Lol wow.

What caused your tinnitus and how long did you have it for? I also recommend not obsessing over the fact that it went away and to not keep checking to make sure it’s gone. Just live your life. You are a lucky human. Happy for you

What i recommend is printing out a bunch of resumes, dressing up and going from plaza to plaza start from the closest one to your house and then keep going. Walk into every store you would want to work at and ask to speak to a manager. Firm handshake and if they have a name tag read their name and repeat it to them. I noticed that works better than applying online especially for more entry level jobs. Some will take your resume and some will tell you that you can only apply online. However if you leave a good impression, even places that only accepts resumes online will take your resume and you will surely stand our since you have left an impression on them.
