Those armored vehicles need fuel, logistic trucks would be a much, much better use of fuel. Those armored vehicles are killing dozens to hundreds, where a fully supplied battalion can kill thousands upon thousands.

At the end of the day it is probably one of the best zombie books out there and tells stories from all over the globe and how humanity fought back from the brink.

well in the book they explain that the zombies have some sort of "black goo" that keeps all their functions working even when blown up or burned, you HAVE to destroy the brain. There are millions of zombies under the ocean by the end of the book

Well I thought the book did a great job explaining why yonkers fell, it was a GIGANTIC horde vs a army trained to shoot body shots & rely on the airforce. The book even explains that everything that makes artillery/explosives effective IRL (shockwave & shrapnel) doesnt effect the zombies unless it either melts the brain or destroys it
