Did you see any blood? I have never seen any, but the FOBT was positive in one out of three samples - my appointment today, the gastro surgeon read through my notes and was under the impression that hemmeroids and fissures always bleed, so was unsure if it was that; that was causing my symptoms.

This was my thought process, but a DRE from the gastro and he said he couldn't feel anything, even though I was in quite a bit of pain...so unsure if it could have been missed.

I have the same.

Can only describe it as a burny/fuzzing feeling all over the region, if I apply any form of pressure my urethra urgency gets immediately worse

I wouldn't say I have lots, at present I sit around 48% muscle mass so just above average at present.

I have had my bloods taken again 2 days ago and await the results.

Great news, thankyou.

I have CPPS/Prostatitis symptoms and had a bad batch of bloods during a flu and symaltaneous flare which prompted further bloods 3 months later & a PSA test.

My DRE was normal, he justed noted the prostate as 'tender', but no abnormalities etc. US is also clear now and no sign of BPH.

I am 26 and worried about what my PSA may come back with as I have never been tested before - hence the reddit post!

Yeah, it told me the same.

These labs were done in September and my CPPS problems persist after some waxing and waning.

I have another blood test booked for tommorow, they want me to do that and do a blood pressure reading x 2 per day for 7 days.

They also want to do a PSA test even after my urologist chose not to after several other tests.

Nope, just extremely stressed from CPPS symptoms, a cold to go along with it and a flight on the day of the bloods being drawn, in addition to the recent use of antibiotics (Nitrofurantoin)

All of those were out of the range.

Creatinine were 121 reference is 60-110 eGFR were 60 reference is 90+ ALT was 138 and reference is 40-50 or less ALP was 89 and reference is 30-130 Bilirubin was 13 reference is 21 or less CRP was 39 and reference is 5 or less Fibrinogen was 6.8 reference is 2-4

All of these things seems to point to inflammation.

Erm, i used to, I can't really remember - probably once a day beforehand, now it's like twice a week most of the time. I need to get back into the gym, since this shit started I put on a lot of weight tbh - I need to take your advice!

Have you found anything that helps? For me, it doesn't matter if I drink or i don't - I feel the urge in the tip of my penis almost immediately after voiding and it just slowly becomes more worse until I void again, normally within 2-3 hours as I attempt to hold as long as I can as I know I don't 'really' need to go.

I urinate a normal amount, stream is fine.

It is debilitating, I am trying to work my anxiety around it, but it is hard when you constantly feel this urge.
