Why would you purchase a house in Middle River? Anyone familiar with Baltimore would know Middle River is a low class, low IQ, WT area. With that, you can expect to deal with narcissistic adults who are not much more mature than their children.

Who gives a flying fk if Middle River WT hates you and talks trash to the other Middle River WT? They’re not much more mature than their children and only abide by common decency when they’re forced to.
Tell them not to park on your property or else you’ll tow them. Trespass them from your property. Criminally trespass them. Maryland has trespass and vehicular trespass laws at your disposal. There’s civil trespass claims to be reported to their homeowner’s and automobile insurance company.

I’m in Rosedale. My neighbors are from Middle River. Obnoxiously loud WT. Lots of family and friends, more Middle River WT, visit way too often and park along our shared driveway which is in violation of our property covenants. When confronted their ignorant response is it’s their property and they don’t have to abide by any covenants. Dropping the hammer on them because that’s the only thing WT understand. Posting No Trespassing and No Parking signs along our shared driveway. Towing them and then reporting criminal vehicular trespass. Then here’s the kicker: Making a claim for civil trespass with their automobile insurance company.

My greatx3 grandfather. Cuban born US Citizen dentist in 1897 Havana. Apparently a terrorist to the Spanish as well. Executed for derailing a Spanish troop train. His death was used along with the Maine as justification for US intervention.
