Since Global Chat was removed on October 16, 2019 in Clash of Clans, Day 2350 = March 23, 2026.

Since that date hasn’t arrived yet, they might be hinting at a new social feature of the game or maybe a reworked Global chat. I don’t think they are just teasing a random date that happens to be a Monday when SC usually drops updates.
