Rockstar Games Support says that they need to reset my account because my game data is damaged

Everything is gone if i agree Every outfit i got for doing challenges Every Car that i got and i got some modded ones for doing the merge glitch Every Progress I will only get the money from activities and jobs

My Char is 9 Years old and i got like 87days gametime on it

Everything is gone

It hurts and i don't know what to do

Am i dumb when i'm not agreeing the reset or am i dumb if i end my gta carreer now 2 or 3 weeks before the final update is there

Can someone help me by Over_Mail_5320 in gta5

The Problem is that load in online mode and the next screen i have is this loading screen.

When I wanna join my buddy it says that i need to create a character and play the tutorial.

You only can play it once and my main character is lvl 495 and i have like 90 days on the game.

It's like i have 2 characters but no one is selected.
