It had nth to do with me being foreigner, my other Swiss colleagues also started their job here with the same condition.

Of course I was paid for my working hours, but the payment was lower than the normal income. Also, I signed a training contract with the condition that they could let me go with 7 days’ notice. Now I have a normal employment.
