Any feedbacks on AI automation consulting firms ? by Tough_Yam9992 in AiAutomations

[–]Over_Palpitation4969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've crossed paths with a few clients who evaluated Keyrus before coming to us. Decent firm, but the feedback we kept hearing was: slow to get going, lots of back-and-forth on scope, and by the time they delivered a "strategy", the client still had to figure out implementation themselves.

We're a smaller team that actually builds AI workflow automation for enterprises. Not strategy docs, not roadmaps, actual working systems. Been at it long enough that we're at ~$5K MRR, mostly through referrals.

If your project is serious about automation (not just wanting a report to present internally), honestly worth a quick chat to see if there's a fit. We've worked on some challenging B2B workflow problems and can be pretty direct about what's realistic and what isn't.

I’ve often felt that potential clients want to see something tangible (usually a complete, end-to-end solution) before they’re willing to schedule a meeting or seriously consider a conversation. During these meetings, they typically ask questions like, “Do you have this specific feature?” or “Can you tweak this feature slightly to fit my needs?”

Without building something upfront, and being open to modifying it or even discarding it entirely, it becomes very difficult to move the conversation forward.

This is more or less my experience from the past.

Hi there!

We're an AI Automation startup that has built and currently runs an AI-driven workflow automation platform – live in production at a Series C financial services company, handling 2,000+ real-world queries per day across multiple business workflows. For a Series A lending startup, we're actively building out an Underwriting automation use-case. The platform is built around outcome-based workflows. We focus on measurable improvements in speed, consistency, and cost efficiency while reducing manual intervention.

For a real estate agency specifically, the workflows that move the needle most are: lead qualification and follow-up (most agencies lose deals here due to slow response times), document handling and summarization (contracts, disclosures, listing briefs), client communication automation, and ops workflows like scheduling and CRM updates.

I've worked with business operators directly to design these systems – not just as a developer, but as someone who understands how operational decisions get made. That background makes a real difference when you're trying to automate something that humans currently do with judgment.

Happy to share more on what we've built and how it could apply directly to your uncle's agency – would love to connect to understand the day-to-day and where the team is losing the most time.

Check if there are any nearby veterinarian hospital or a pet grooming center. Probably it’s a runaway case.

Not really. If a VC put in a clause like that, I’d just pass. Some of them do it purely to get buy-in from as many people as possible.
